- Active listings are retained while the listing is live on the platform
- Account information is retained while your account remains active
- Contact form submissions are retained for a reasonable period to allow us to respond and follow up
- Analytics data is retained in aggregate form and is not linked to identifiable individuals after anonymisation
When personal information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
9. Children's Privacy
AgriGear Connect is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information through our platform, please contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it promptly.
